In 1996, he returned to the region from its beginnings, Drôme, to take the cuisine in Tain l’Hermitage. After a short year, Pierre Reboul finds himself judged as the chef-owner of the property at only 26 years old. It was there that day he will learn to shake the taste buds working mastery of flavors. And finally, in November 2007, after a short stay in Saint Rémy de Provence, he opened his eponymous restaurant in Aix en Provence attracted by modernity, youth and the dynamism of the city.
The Chef Pierre Reboul likes to have fun: he plays with tastes, textures, cooking and techniques… but… always with goods produces to enhance.
If he likes to reinterpret classic dishes, he also wants that his customers enjoy authentic, tasty food.
