Changing everything so that nothing cannot actually change. This is the philosphy of the restaurant. In January 2013, Marseille proudly became European Capital of Culture, and the very same day, Ludovic and Karine Turac took over the helm of Une Table au Sud.
The Marseillais Turac Ludovic, 27, who learned his trade from some great Parisian restaurants (Bristol and Guy Savoy and the Hotel du Castelet and competition Top Chef 2), and his wife Karine (sommelier and dining Director) ,bear the colors of the finest restaurants in Marseille.

Une Table au Sud was recently honored with a star in the famous Michelin guide, making Ludovic youngest star chef in 2015.
Many fishes, chosen every morning on the Old Port under the approving gaze of the Bonne Mère ( Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde), vegetable Provence, Southern Alps meat and especially the love of good work done.
