Tasting a Bourgogne wine means a journey of discovery through some evocative sensations. Let your driver take you through the winemaking villages to the north of the Côte de Beaune. After a few scenic roads, reach a family run estate in the Côte de Nuits or Côte de Beaune. Then it’s your choice of the estate’s wines paired with typical Burgundy dishes and cheeses, or a more classic lunch at a vineyard restaurant. After lunch, have a stroll through the vineyards to discover the local winegrowing practices and the history of Burgundy wines, then head to Burgundy’s “Champs Elysées” along the Côte de Nuits Grands Crus Wine Road. To finish, enjoy a private tasting in a traditional cellar where you will meet the winemaker.
In the Pinot Noir lover’s paradise, get to visit an exclusive wine boutique and discover the greatest examples of this grape variety in relation to the soils.
